Azerbaijan in 2008 becomes the latest ex-Soviet republic to
throw it's hat into the Eurovision ring. It is generally
thought that it has enough ex-pats to ensure a decent result
although whether they will be as successful and blatant as
neighbours in Armenia in mobilizing them remains to be seen.
