Estonia

Dave & Tanel (2001)

Estonia's dreadful start in 1994 did not thankfully set a pattern and each year from 1996 to 2002 they  performed well, capped by taking the crown in 2001, the first win by a new "Eastern" entrant.  However, after a top three result on home soil their form has dipped alarmingly and they have joined the sad bunch of countries yet to qualify for a final since the semis began in 2004. A spectacular fall from grace.
